What a GREAT place-out of the tourist area(just barely). Amazing food-seriously, come here if you are in Verona.

Friendly and warm environment with very kind hosts.. the food was amazing.. very tasteful…

Service was excellent, food was lovely really good depth of flavour.

Such an amazing experience, in a city full of tourist traps. Hosteria is easily the best food we had in Verona. The menu is focused on a selection of interesting Italian dishes you might not see in other places (pistachio lasagna!). The have plenty of vegetarian choices. The shrimp salad was exceptional. Grilled vegetables were fresh, crab pasta was delicious, and desserts were sublime. Service, from what seems like the family who runs the restaurant, was attentive and friendly.
