Absolutely loved our meal at Jacuzzi Italian. The food was excellent from start to finish: beautifully presented, full of flavour and very generous.
The crab pasta was delicious, the nudja pizza was perfectly cooked with a gorgeous crust, and the chocolate dessert was seriously indulgent!
The restaurant itself is beautiful too: such a lively, stylish atmosphere and the tableware is gorgeous.
A special mention to Gennaro, who looked after us so well. He was warm, attentive and genuinely lovely, and made the whole experience even better.
Fantastic Italian food, great atmosphere and wonderful service. Would definitely recommend and return!
Such a beautiful restaurant! Decor, detail and crockery were stunning!
Service was so friendly and attentive, drinks and food were delicious!
Highlights were the pistachio burrata, truffle pasta, garlic focaccia and the pistachio profiterole.
Groups of all sizes felt welcome, we were a big family group including dog and baby and we had a great spot at the back so we had the comfort of being a bit tucked away but still part and able to observe the action!

We visited Jacuzzi in Kensington on a Saturday night, with a reservation booked for 10pm. Overall, I thought the prices were actually quite reasonable for the area, we spent around £50 per person for a starter, main and cocktail, which I think is fairly good value for Kensington.
The food was decent, although I felt my pasta could have been cooked for longer. It was noticeably firmer than I would have liked.
The service was probably the biggest disappointment. Our food arrived before our drinks, which made the experience feel quite rushed. Rather than feeling like we were there to enjoy the food, drinks and atmosphere, it gave the impression that the priority was getting us in, served and out as quickly as possible.
We also waited around 15 minutes after our food arrived before our waiter came back over to ask if we needed anything. We actually wanted some parmesan, which wasn’t offered when our food was brought over, so we had to wait for him to return. I also noticed that he seemed to give considerably more attention to the girls who were flirting with him, which may be typical restaurant behaviour, but it was still noticeable and not particularly professional.
On the positive side, the restaurant wasn’t overly loud despite it being a Saturday night, and I actually liked the atmosphere. It felt lively without being overwhelming, which made it a pleasant place to sit and eat.
Overall, Jacuzzi wasn’t bad, and I don’t think the food or prices were particularly disappointing. However, the service made the experience feel rushed and took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable evening. With so many restaurants in Kensington, I personally don’t think I’d return, I’m sure there are better Italian restaurants in the area that offer a more attentive and relaxed experience.

I recently returned to Jacuzzi on Kensington High Street after not visiting for a couple of years. My previous experience had left me feeling that the food quality had slipped, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised.
The service was excellent, and the food arrived quickly without feeling rushed. We started with the buffalo mozzarella and shared a few small dishes, before having the truffle pasta, which was absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of the meal.
The only dish that didn’t quite impress was the chocolate mousse for dessert, which I felt could have been better. However, that was a minor disappointment in what was otherwise a very enjoyable evening.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m glad I decided to give Jacuzzi another chance. The food and service were a noticeable improvement, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Food is excellent and the interior decoration is beautifully done, with lots of thoughtful details that make the space feel special. We especially enjoyed the truffle pizza, which was a standout, and a recommended Italian champagne that paired perfectly with the meal. The staff were genuinely lovely, attentive, and helpful throughout the visit.
However, there were a couple of downsides. We visited during a heatwave and the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, so the restaurant felt quite stuffy at times, with some guests even using handheld fans. We also had a reservation but still ended up waiting around 10 minutes before being seated.
Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience with great food and atmosphere, but a few operational improvements would make it even better.
