Food was good. Service was good. Waiteess was really attentive. Drinks were mid. Limited parking. And 20% gratuity automatically applied. Id go again but not often. Beautiful elevated atmosphere. There is an outside patio.
The atmosphere was great, our waitress was kind. The food was flavorful but wasn't hot after waiting for some time. My service didn't warrant a 20 percent gratuity for 2 guest.
The fact that the best part of our $200+ meal was finding out a SLICE of lime costs $1 is crazy. 😂🍋🟩 Not a whole lime… A SLICE. At that price, I expected the lime to be organic, hand-picked, and personally escorted to my drink.
Meanwhile, the food was horrible, the portions were disrespectfully small, and almost an HOUR passed between receiving our appetizers and our entrées. By the time the entrées came, we had enough time to reflect on every decision that led us to this restaurant. 😭
$200+ for bad food, tiny portions, slow service, AND premium-priced lime slices? Absolutely not. Next time just bring me the lime tree and the check. 😂
This was our first time for a long overdue date night. The service is top notch, very attentive without being annoying. The food was so good; I got the Seafood Pasta au Joelle’s and my husband got the Lamb chops, baby they don’t owe us nothing!!! The drinks were great, make sure to get the TBA. CJ and the rest of the staff made it a great experience and we can’t wait to come back.
I tried the jerk wings(very good), Mac n Cheese( I warmed it upnat home and it was delicious), crab fingers, BBQ shrimp(was good but didnt taste like bbq), and a Joelle 75(there was no strawberry aperitif added). We visited before the relaunch and we had a great time. I will definitely be back! I salute you all for taking constructive criticism and applying it.
