Insane addition to the neighborhood by the nicest people. Maybe the best BBQ I’ve ever had and I’m not surprised. Where in North Brooklyn, or the city in general can you find anything like this? Nowhere. A diamond in the rough. So cool. So special. Will be hanging here as often as I can. Green Spaghetti forever.
Everything was outstanding. The brisket was so tender and juicy, and the ribs were delightful. Even the turkey is to die for. They clearly give their side dishes as much tlc as they do with the meats because I absolutely loved all of them, especially the potato salad. This is 100% the best bbq in New York.

Very simple description for me on this place.... AMAZING food, really a top notch BBQ joint, BUT the prices are to me outrageous. $45 for a single plate, you tell me. Yes, feeds one very well, but not for two for a big eater like me. If you eat here once in a while, then it isn’t a problem. But not a daily spot due to the pricing and your cholesterol levels going higher than Barry Bonds’ career OBP! VERY nice employees, they really mean well and try their best, but the line is slow. Of course they just started so cut them a break! But food wise, a real slam dunk! I wish them all the best.

As it stands currently this isn't an experience I can recommend.
If you didnt come at like 9:30AM you weren't getting an order. To be fair this was a soft launch and they had the most amount of people possible for the turn out but it's not optimal, improper communication between the restaurant and the customers. Once you could actually order your food (the staff seemed kinda out of it ngl) at the first window you were waiting 5-8 minutes till you received your order. This is just the first day so it's the benefit of the doubt and the chuck plate was absolutely divine - masterful work - however if they even see half the turn out they saw today on any given week they drastically need to improve their throughput and operations to be able to handle it because their service is currently not capable of handling this.

I don’t want to rate too low because I know its their second weekend; but to wait an hour in line with not a ton of people ahead of us (something I never do and only did because I expected the line to move quickly since its bbq) for BBQ that isnt even buffet style, but premade plates is insane. Hopefully this is something that improves with time, I know that starting in a new space with new staff has a learning curve! Also staff was overall kind and friendly.
Other than that I found the food middle of the road. We got the Chuck Plate and the Molotov rib didn’t have a hint of spice, the Brisket was a little tough and also under-seasoned. The banana pudding was very, very yummy though but $4 for this portion size (see picture) and for it to be the best thing we ate is a little disappointing.
