Amazing experience. Food was as perfect as I could have imagined. Staff did a fantastic job of helping us order and give us background on the chef and origins of the food. Flavors were perfectly balanced. Food was cooked perfectly. A very special experience to be able to go here and eat. I would recommend this to all who get a chance.
We just had one of the best dining experiences of our life at Mamani for our 50th Anniversary and I can’t stop raving about it. From the moment we walked in, the beautiful, modern Parisian-inspired space with its warm lighting and elegant yet welcoming vibe set the perfect tone for a special evening. The service was absolutely impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly without being overly formal. Our server made perfect recommendations and timed everything beautifully. Now, the food… Chef Christophe De Lellis and his team knocked it out of the park. Everything was cooked with precision, bursting with flavor, and presented beautifully. The portions for the shareables were generous, and the quality of ingredients really shines through. Yes, it’s an investment, but every bite felt worth it—Michelin-star worthy and then some.Mamani has raised the bar for French (with Riviera touches) dining in Dallas. Chic atmosphere, world-class food, and heartfelt hospitality all in one. We’re already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for a memorable night out, book this place immediately. You won’t regret it! Highly, highly recommend. 5 Stars all the way.
We came here to celebrate my mother in laws birthday, and from the moment we walked in, every detail exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely valued throughout the entire evening.
The food was phenomenal! Even something as simple as the bread and butter completely blew us away, it was the perfect start to the meal and set the tone for what was to come. For starters we got the scallops & caviar, and kambachi crudo which we all enjoyed so much. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.
For our main course, we ordered the veal cordon bleu, and the tableside presentation was absolutely spectacular. Watching it be finished and presented right in front of us added such a unique and elegant touch. Every bite was incredible, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the meal. This dinner did not feel like a regular dinner it felt like a luxurious experience.
This restaurant delivers so much more than amazing food, it creates an atmosphere that makes you feel special. It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, and we’ll be talking about this experience for a long time. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional food, impeccable service, and an unforgettable experience.
From start to finish this was one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. The hosts were great to talk to when I had to call because we were running a little late. I actually called before 5pm for our 6:15 reservation and nobody answered but they called me back!
Before we left, I asked about sitting close to the open kitchen. They said we can request it next time we come and they would make a note on our reservation. The whole staff had smiles and were very attentive/friendly.
Our server was very knowledgeable and professional. They reset your table with fresh utensils and plates for every course - and they were on top of it!
Each item we ordered was fantastic but my wife and I both enjoyed our entrees the most. She had the Black Cod and I had the Rosewood Wagyu Coulotte.
My only complaint would be that our water glasses had the "wet dog" smell. I never brought up the issue to the staff because everything else was great and I didn't want to be disappointed if they brought me a new glass and it had the same smell.
Overall our experience was great and we will be back. Hopefully to sit at a table near the kitchen.
We had a 5 course meal plus a few mocktails and our bill was $318.25 before tip.
Went for our anniversary. Ordered their bread, kampachi krudo, agnolotti, and veal cordon bleu. Overall the food was very good. Loved their butter and the pepper on kampachi krudo added the perfect kick to the dish. Do definitely dip their bread in the agnolotti sauce! The mashed potato that came with the cordon bleu had the most smooth and buttery texture I have ever tasted/ they just melt in your mouth. Cordon bleu was tasty as well, but I loved the presentation more. The crunch butter lettuce salad that comes with the dish is a must as the fried veal and the melted cheese inside it can get very rich/greasy on the stomach.
The staff were very attentive and professional.
They do have complimentary valet parking or a parking garage next to them that they validate.
Will visit again on a special occasion!
