We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel has a really warm and elegant atmosphere. Our room was quiet, spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
Special thanks to Alejandro and his team for taking such great care of us throughout our stay! Their kindness and professionalism really stood out!
The location is another huge advantage – Harrods, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge are all within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for a London getaway!
The Capital Hotel & Apartments was one of the highlights of our stay in London. Tucked away on a quiet street just around the corner from Harrods, it truly felt like a hidden gem. The location is excellent—close to wonderful restaurants and only a short walk to the Knightsbridge Underground station, making it easy to explore the city.
We stayed in a suite on one of the upper floors with two adults and our 13-year-old daughter. Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus and made our stay so much more comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to update the sofa bed. It was fine, but it wasn’t quite as comfortable as it could have been for our daughter.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. The concierge was exceptional, helping us with restaurant reservations, directions, and recommendations throughout our stay. The bell staff was equally wonderful, always making sure we had a black cab whenever we needed one and greeting us warmly each time we returned.
The hotel has a small, intimate feel that is a refreshing change from larger London hotels. We felt genuinely well cared for throughout our stay.
Without hesitation, we would stay at The Capital Hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming boutique hotel in an outstanding Knightsbridge location.

I only give 3 stars to the room because the pressure in the shower was very bad. It is awful when hardly no water is coming out. If you have long hair- it is difficult to rinse.
They have renovated parts of the hotel but unfortunately we were not in the new part. Perhaps the pressure is perfect in the renovated rooms.
Other than that, the location is great and the staff is fabulous. Very welcoming and friendly. There is a parking just close by, which for us was very convenient. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel! Lovely modern rooms with everything you could wish for but with old world charm, elegance and classy hospitality. Service exceptional, lounge, bar and dining very special. We can’t wait to come back and stay a little longer. A bit tricky to find by car, however we did and all was ok. Highly, highly recommended.
