We were kindly greeted and got a table without a reservation on a week night during restaurant week (lucky us!). We ordered the codfish fritters and buttery coco bread as appetizers and stewed oxtails, branzino, and curry goat for our meals. We didn’t wait long for the food. Everything was delicious and the service was great!
It was a great time! We had the charbroiled oysters, oxtails, & branzino. The food was superb! It was hot & flavorful. The fish had a good crisp (but not too much). The rice and spinach paired well. The oxtails were fall off the bone & nicely plated in the small pot. We ate everything on the plate!
We were seated on the second floor. There was a DJ and it was a vibe. I wasn’t the biggest fan of our seating because we were in the middle of a row of 3 tables that divided a larger dining area and a table used for a large party. But that didn’t detract from the overall experience. I definitely plan to go back, we plan to bring friends, & would highly recommend. Plus, they got an all night happy hour on a Friday!

Ate here on a Friday evening and really enjoyed. Great food and loved everything I ordered (Codfish Fritters, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Curry Goat with Roti). Had a reservation, which was needed since the place was packed. The atmosphere was buzzing with plenty of people and good music. The service was great, and the server was attentive and personable.

Get ready to be uplifted by another fantastic dining experience! Sapodilla's Caribbean Restaurant is a true gem. The ambiance throughout the entire restaurant is absolutely stunning, setting the tone for a phenomenal meal. The service is exceptional, exceeding all expectations, and the food is truly outstanding! We savored every bite of the Curry Goat Roti, Oxtail with Rice & Peas and Cabbage, Chef Tiff's Mac & Cheese, Jerk Salmon & Shrimp with Rice & Peas and Cabbage, Shirley Temple, Plantains, Guyanese-Style Chowmein with stir-fried noodles and fresh vegetables. Rum cake for dessert. This restaurant is a must-visit experience - check it out and you'll be inspired! You won't be disappointed.

My family went there for our one year wedding anniversary. The food was very yummy. My husband and myself enjoyed ourselves. The staff very welcoming and professional. However, the wait time for the food including the appetizers took quite a bit of time in the excess of almost 30-40 minutes. We had the brussel sprouts for our appetizer. We got the goat and roti entree & oxtails with rice and peas and cabbage. The food was prepared well , but I would definitely recommend more meat for the goat platter. The meal we had a good amount of bones on the goat. We had red wine and prosecco to drink.
