Swift is my pick for upscale dining in the Valley. The restaurant’s oddly not that well-known despite how great it is. The cuisine’s typical fancy American fare, some sort of melting pot of French and Italian, that’s generally tasty and well-executed. They have a thoughtful cocktail menu designed to be palatable even for those who are not cocktail drinkers; and they’ll happily whip up standard cocktails as their bar’s well-stocked. The venue is dazzlingly beautiful, an old-money personal mansion converted into multiple dining rooms, each with a different vibe. I just wish they had a more thoughtfully curated wine selection.
My favorite thing on the menu is, oddly enough, the garlic spinach that comes with some of the mains. It can’t be just minced garlic! They must be doing garlic oil shenanigans to intensify the flavor and aroma. The pork chop was plenty juicy and delicious, especially with that buttery smooth cheesy mash. And you should order the S’mores cake for the rich chocolate cake.
Most of the dishes have a shortcoming but it doesn’t change the fact that the food’s solid across the board. In my last visit, the potato soup was undercooked, leading to a gritty texture, but otherwise the balanced umami-scallion flavor was delicious. The demiglace and spinach, as well as the gnudi, were oversalted but still delicious. I think if they can tidy up these little details, Swift would easily be the best fancy night out.
Great dining experience in an exquisite environment!! The food is the best in the whole Lehigh Valley. The place is superb with unexpectedly ample parking space. Everything is clean, elegant and royal! The waiter Kevin is gentle, knowledgeable and inviting. Would recommend to everyone.

My wife and I visited Swift the day before Valentine’s Day and had an incredible experience! They offered various vegetarian and gluten-free options. My wife said the cauliflower steak was phenomenal. I had the filet mignon, and it was cooked perfectly. We drank wine for most of our meal, but at the end I requested an Old Fashioned (not on the menu), and they made it without hesitation. The service was impeccable.
What truly made the night special was Mr. White. He was everywhere! He was greeting guests, helping seat patrons, resetting tables, and discreetly replaced my wife’s dropped napkin. He did it all with professionalism and a genuine smile. His attention to detail made our evening memorable. We’ll definitely be back and look forward to warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor space.

This place is seriously such a gem. The food and drink is so creative and masterfully executed, the atmosphere effortlessly chic, and the staff all around incredible. Visited with my mom and sister for a girls night, and our amazing waitress Samara matched our vibe and was just such a joy to be around. 100/10 recommend; we all cannot wait to come back!

I just want to give the Wilbur Mansion Swift Restaurant their flowers! The service was truly 10/10 from the parking lot to the check! Not one complaint. Great food, great atmosphere, and I genuinely felt like a VIP the entire time. Definitely recommend, and I will absolutely be returning for any holiday brunches they have! The menu was great, they were very accommodating, and the host (I forgot his name, but iykyk ) was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and like they belonged.
Absolutely amazing experience!
