“Loved my visit to Goat!”
The food was super tasty and fresh — you can tell they really care about what they serve. The staff were friendly and on point, made us feel really welcome. The vibe is chill but still has that nice, cozy atmosphere. They also serve amazing Specialty Coffee — rich, smooth, and definitely worth trying.
The GOAT definitely does not live up to its acronym. Food was not great, tried it but did not eat it. Ordered avocado on sourdough (see first pic with 4 slices). The bread was plain white sugary bread and not sourdough which was a shame. Asked for potatoes was told they only had hash browns which was fine and when the food arrived I received bacon. Once they swapped the bacon for potatoes they were potatoes and not hash browns. Not a problem but they don’t seem to know the menu well. Overall an average experience and there are a lot of other places to go for breakfast which are much better quality and similarly priced. Would not recommend.
Went to get avo on toast elsewhere afterwards. 1 minute walk away is Jessie’s and they serve avocado on sourdough toast for $4 cheaper and it’s much better quality. See second pic with tomatoes.
Man, The GOAT is awesome! Walked in and instantly felt the good vibes—super chill and welcoming. The people working there were so cool, always checking in with a smile and giving spot-on menu tips. Service was crazy good, like next-level fast and friendly.
The food was straight-up delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it looked as good as it tasted. You can tell they’re using top-notch ingredients. Plus, the crowd was fun, everyone just vibing and having a blast.
If you want great eats, awesome people, and a place that just nails it, hit up The GOAT. Already pumped to go back!
The Goat was a highlight of our trip! This was our first stop on the island as we arrived in the evening and were wanting a cappuccino and latte and they still served them in the evening.
We met Tadas who gave us the warmest welcome to the island!!! Because of him (and the delicious drinks) we went back again. The food and drink were outstanding. We REALLY appreciate the variety and quality of all the vegan options. Other than coffee, we also had matcha, espresso martini, the cauliflower appetizer, a burger and pizza (and yes they have vegan dips and cheese!)
This is such a fun spot to just chill and hangout as it is very laid back and it would also be a great spot to watch a game.
Thanks again for making us feel so welcome and for the great food and drink!
We have eaten all over the island over the last 20 some years of annual vacations on Grand Cayman. From the highly rated way too expensive down to my favorite side of the road jerk chicken joint…NOTHING has compared to The Goat! I’m not exaggerating, this place is laid back and straight up the best burger, fries, and wings you will find anywhere! AWESOME!
