Stopped around 3 o’clock Immediately ordered a fried chicken burger. The young lady is so nice. She told me you just got one of the last ones. There’s three more left. The dinner crowd won’t be getting any…..
The sandwich is amazing…. The atmosphere was amazing. Staff was so nice. I’m so glad I came. I’ll definitely be back.

This place has my new favorite Chicken Sandwich! Just everything about this chicken burger is awesome. Large moist piece of super crunchy chicken, that's been soaked in that spiced honey. Generous portion of peri peri mayo, that's very delicious. Then you get these fresh pickles that bring a little extra heat, not too hot. So freaking good!
I also tried their Porthouse chips with chicken salt, solid choice. They're great fries to begin with, but that chicken salt is a little extra surprising punch of flavor.
Definitely check out this Australian pub! Worth the trip for the sandwich alone. Don't skip the chips either.
The service here was incredible! Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. We were always checked on and it created a good environment.
We tried the chicken burger and their potato wedges. The chicken sandwich was ok, it has a sweet taste to it which I felt was a little too overpowering, but that’s personal preference. The wedges were actually very good, and came with a good sweet and sour dipping sauce. If I came back I’d want to try other items on their menu, and their drinks as well.
Our friend is Australian and wanted to see what the hype was about. Food was good and she said it felt nostalgic to her. Service was friendly.
Unfortunately the atmosphere was too chaotic and a bit uncomfortable. You can’t hear anyone talk since everyone is yelling over each other (it’s a bar so that made sense). It’s hard to find a table though.
We felt a bit uncomfortable as the place was filled with a lot of men in their 40s-50s staring at us, so we went outside to sit halfway through. Overall not too bad.
Please get the gluten free beer back, I was so looking forward to that! Other than that, this place is absolutely 10/10. Amazing options for coeliacs/celiacs, great service. Best chicken parmi I have ever eaten. I could go on and on. Oh and dog friendly too! 😁 but plz get the gf beer back 🍻
