St Regis Bar, St Regis Hotel: Gone are your run-of-the-mill tributary hotel bars. Hotel bars today are more than imbibe stops – they are style guides. St Regis bar is deliciously sultry. Thankfully, there’s a breakaway from the old stiffy luxe theme that defines the rest of the hotel. Plush speakeasy with vaulted sophistication runs thick through the intimate bar, past the thick velvet red curtains. Kelvin greets you warmly at the door, dressed in a dapper velvet green coat – you’re ushered into ritz and glam. The gorgeous bar is the altar piece – gilded bird cages and art nouveau colossal lamps are gawk-worthy. Happy hour of beautifully concocted cocktails is $15 a pop – incredible value. I have recently stemmed drinking, so I limited myself to 1 delightful old fashion. It’s such a stunner with a branded large ice block. We had salmon and caviar tartare and lobster quesadilla. There were generous flows of cashew nuts too. If you want a ritzy evening out, cocooned in resplendence, St Regis Bar is your new address. #eatstylishtravelstylish
I had a truly enjoyable evening with friends last Wednesday at St. Regis Bar. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the vibes made the night even more special.
I absolutely loved the Golden Aged cocktail—an elegant twist on the classic Old Fashioned. It’s easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had, crafted beautifully as part of the Woodford Reserve champions selection. A special mention to Kelvin and team for introducing us to such a delightful drink.
Overall, it was a great night with amazing food and drinks and even better company. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

they r quite known for their Bloody Marys so i went for their Straits Mary (originated from sg), which was strong and smoky, with a little peppery taste.

got to chat with their bartender Kelvin, and we had a pretty good chat, from his stories working in Manhattan to doing guest shifts all around the world.
ofc, have to talk about The Atlas n The Manhattan (which is a 5-minute walk away n i visited ytd) and some bar reccos i got from Kelvin.
he’s such a humble guy who got Manhattan to be the best bar in Asia for 2 years in a row and super friendly and nice!

The highlights of the experience, however, were Kelvin and Karina (which I heard just joined the team). Their service was nothing short of excellent, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely warm. They navigated the evening with a level of professionalism and grace that truly elevated the entire visit, making me feel like VIPs from start to finish. Food was great, I love they’re mushroom panini sandwich and they’re shrimp balls. The St. Regis Bar is a standout destination, will definitely coming back.
