This location is have to say got to be one of the best Starbucks I've been to. The layout is great, absolutely perfect for a coffee date or even a small meeting. Definitely recommend this location. Plenty of parking spaces & staff immediately greeted upon entering.
Poor customer service and the store was very dirty! No one helped me, even though I was standing in line waiting. I ended up just placing my order online using the app and that’s only because I am from out of town and didn’t have time to go to another location. Even when I said something to the “manager” on duty there was no remorse. Customer service training and willingness to help every paying customer, regardless of how they look is definitely needed at that location.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks location.
I have ordered here three times, and all three times my order was wrong.
• I ordered decaf coffee, but it did not seem to be decaf.
• I ordered a Grande, but received a Venti.
• Today, I ordered a drink with Non-Dairy Ube Cold Foam, but there was no Ube Cold Foam on the drink.
The service is also extremely slow compared to other Starbucks locations I have visited.
I understand that mistakes can happen once, but when every visit comes with a different problem, it shows a lack of attention to customer orders. Customers pay extra for customizations and should receive what they ordered.

Truly ALSO the slowest starbucks ive ever been to, just like all the other reviews. Its likely this location is sorely under-staffed and management seriously needs to do something about this.
Every time i order something, im waiting 20 minutes or longer. Often when i am here, people are in line to get refunds because their order is taking too long. So i started doing mobile orders like 30 minutes early before arriving and often they STILL were not ready. Items are not updated on whats sold out either so ill go out of my way to this location that has something in stock that I want, show up, wait forever, just for them to tell me its actually not in stock.
Management you need to help this location.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited over 20 minutes (after my app said it was ready) for 2 drinks. They asked me my name for the order after a while and the guy angrily said he just made that drink… proceeded to slam everything, including my drinks down when it was done. The cups were sticky, and my drinks were made wrong. Mind you, I was standing there waiting patiently. No complaints or anything. I even witnessed another employee being rude to a customer all because she asked for caramel…
