Very popular spot so reserve a table online for no wait times. Food is great. We ordered french toast and monster breakfast with pancakes, everything was delicous! Coffee was good too! Restrooms are downstairs and clean. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is popping and fun! Overall, a great spot for a peppy start of the day!
I’ve seen this place on IG & really wanted to try it. We are so happy we came! We had a long drive home and made a reservation for the morning we were so tired after a night out in Boston and Sam was great! So bubbly & at 8am. I really appreciated that. They also asked for any allergies which I also appreciate because back home they never ask. She also mentioned it is a nut free facility! We really enjoyed our food & will be back during our next trip to Boston

It was a cool and rainy day in Boston. Choose this place after seeing many tik toks about it. The entrance was a bit strange but we quickly got sat by the host. It was packed with people but we still got a booth. Food was a 8/10 due to its popularity and location I understand the prices. Flight of drinks were my favorite part. Menu had even more selection of drinks, they should lean into that more. Not to mention the large bar that hugs the whole wall. Decor in this place really makes you look around and make conversation. Never did it feel awkward with the noise level being too low or too loud. Did not check out the restrooms but they are located at the front down some stairs. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. We had many questions with the food, they were all answered. No sweat tea, for any southerners visiting. It’s a place to try on your own for your own opinion. As for myself I’m satisfied but don’t see myself eating here again only going for their signature drinks.

This is how breakfast should taste like. It makes your day starts right. I ordered the Sally’s avocado toast and my group ordered Irish benny. All were just perfect.
The only thing I should say is that we waited 45 minutes to get an outdoor table, but they had benches to sit while waiting. We went around 12:30 pm during the FIFA WORLD CUP 2026. In not sure if the event created more visitors and longer wait. But it’s a thing to keep in mind.

We had an amazing breakfast at The Friendly Toast in Boston! The atmosphere is fun, colorful, and full of personality, making it a great place to start the day. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with generous portions that definitely didn’t disappoint. The service was outstanding—our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Even though it was busy, everything came out quickly, and the entire experience was excellent. If you’re looking for a unique brunch spot with great food and even better service, The Friendly Toast is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!
