Hanger Steak

Hanger steak, fiesty to chew but the butter and Vivin salt makes up for the thick texture. Recommend to go for medium rare as our rare version was a chunky, intensive chewing experience. Or perhaps the chef can slice into smaller pieces while serving it with thicker rosemary tomatoes.
