Bistro Colette

Dined a few nights ago, and I’m still thinking about the cassoulet. I was happy to see it on the menu as it’s definitely a comfort food in Toulouse, and I’m moving there soon. Having a little taste of my second home in Bend was so wonderful. The baguette it was paired with was perfect. As were the croquettes we started with. I will say, the lemon tartelette was good, but the curd was under-set. Service & ambiance was excellent, we will be back! My credentials: France is my second, and soon, forever home!

I booked a table for Valentines night for my husband and myself . So glad I did - what an amazing place this is . Been in Bend for 2+ years and never even heard of it and it’s just 2 miles from our house !!! We had the best service from our waitress - Courtney W . Such a pleasant lady and very attentive and knowledgeable too - thank you . I ordered the Coq Au Vin and it was so delicious - the best I have ever eaten . The cheeseboard was amazing and the crème brûlée was delightful . They even gave us 3 cute little macaroons in a box to take home . How thoughtful . ( And my husband said the wine was so good too. I don’t drink wine myself and I was the DD) Definitely returning to this fantastic restaurant . I would give it 10/10 .

Flights has some of the best selections of wine, great flat bread and other yummy food. They provide wonderful service and the ambiance is quaint and relaxing. We had the Pig, Fig & Goat Flat bread and the Mediterranean with chicken. Both were great but the Pig 🐖 Fig is to die for. On another visit I had the fried calamari with a spicy buffalo dip that paired perfectly with the wine.

Had a great time here on a busy Saturday night (8/16) and our server did a great job. We ended up here by accident as our other restaurant sat us on the patio and it start pouring and had no place for us inside, and so glad we did! Some of the best steak we’ve ever had and a nice selection of wines.
