Exceptional! We went to Bar RBC on Easter and, as usual, everything was delicious! The menu that has been curated is so unique and exciting. Not only are the flavors spectacular, the visual presentation makes your palate come alive before you even taste them. And then there was Brooke, our waitress…Brooke’s knowledge and description of each plate was amazing! She took an already perfect dining experience and elevated it to an event that we will never forget. After the first tapas plate and cocktail pairing that she recommended, we let her expertise guide us for the rest of the evening. I’ve been a fan of RBC and Bar RBC since the first time I ate there. The only problem is having to decide which one to go to. Both are not simply 5 star establishments, they are truly two of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The staff, the ambiance, and the food are clearly equally important to the owners and it shows…bravo!
The bikini sandwich is the best! Unstoppable. The iberico secrete is amazing. The popping olive is not my favorite but the prune foie gras is interesting. Cocktails didn’t impress us though.
This is the type of place that exudes hospitality. The food is good, they care about their customer and quality, and for my one meal in Bend - it made me want to come back.
Was it perfect? No. But did they care about me? Yes.
I walked in to a wait for. bar seat and their FOH manager welcomed me to stay for a drink and handed a bar snack within minutes. The bar service was attentive, and 3 of the 4 tapas were perfection. The hamburguesa was overcooked, but they didn’t make a fuss about it and made it right.
From start to finish the warmth of the staff was reason enough to make me want to return.
We were in Bend for one night and this was THE SPOT!!!!! We got the Lucky Rabbit cocktail, it was delish. And then we ordered the little gem salad, bravas and broccolini. The real star of the show was the burger - do not miss the burger!!!!
And then to top it off, our server Kam G (shoutout to Kam, she was awesome!) gave us a little limoncello shot because we were celebrating our wedding.
Bar RBC should be on our Bend list for sure 💯
