Absolutely incredible. Took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and we got a couple of cocktails to start that were perfectly balanced and very nice to look at. The amuse bouche was a shot of Japanese broth that was absolutely delightful; this was the first time my taste buds exploded along with my mind. We got the elk tartare for a starter, and the amount of different flavors and textures I experienced was unlike anything I had tasted. From there, I knew it would be a good experience. The asparagus bisque came next, which I can only describe as a flsvor combination of the best parts of asparagus as a soup. We followed that up with our entrees: the pork loin and the lamb neck. Absolutely perfect on all fronts. It was so good I was in hysteria. The passionfruit dish for dessert was also fantastic and flavorful. The server, Justin, was a delight as well. Played along with our euphoric oddities and recommended some great drink pairings for me. Best food in town. Not even a contest. Might be the best food I've ever had. I will talk about this food for years, and will hopefully be back soon.

Ohh, she fancy! This romantic restaurant is thoughtful, family run, and such a gem in Bend. We sat at the bar and enjoyed interacting with the bartenders and watching them make all the incredible cocktails. We savored every bite and would absolutely return on our next visit. Make your reservation in advance! The maitake mushroom appetizer was the best mushroom dish we've ever had. I'll be dreaming about it for some time!

This was almost two years ago, and I still think about this experience all the time. We did the tasting menu, and it’s easily the best I’ve ever had. Every single dish was perfect. Midway through, my boyfriend decided to add the wine pairing, and they went out of their way to catch him up, pouring proper servings for the wines he missed. That kind of attention to detail says everything about their service. I also tried a few different drinks and every single one was fantastic. I wish I could remember our server’s name, he was just the best. LOVED this place. Truly special. Can’t wait to go back. You need a reservation. We were lucky enough to find spots for that same night.

I am always one that loves to dive into fine dining, but my partner typically is not. We came here for a dinner after our wedding and the food was phenomenal. Not only for my palette, but my husband was enjoying his dishes far more than I ever see. Our server was attentive and so helpful with adding context to what built out our plates. We will gladly be back next time we visit, and I would gladly recommend this spot to any potential visitors. Thank you, Ariana!
