We stopped by for lunch and had a really great experience. The standout for me was the calamari. Easily one of the best I’ve had. Perfectly cooked and definitely something I’d order again.
I had the fish and chips. It wasn’t mind-blowing, but it was still better than most fish and chips I’ve had elsewhere, so no complaints there. We also ordered the steak frites, and that was packed with flavor. I’d absolutely reorder that on our next visit.
The service was friendly and attentive, and the decor and atmosphere made for a really nice lunch. It wasn’t very busy when we went, so I’m sure that helped, but overall we had a great experience. Looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in Cape May
We came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and it was amazing. We came earlier than our scheduled reservation and they sat us early which was great. We were a large party of 8 so we were grateful they sat us early and we were able to beat the hot weather outside. The server was great and very attentive and friendly. I had the superfood salad and it was delicious. The chicken was so tasty and juicy. The vegetables are meshed well together with their flavors. Glad we went here. Would totally recommend!

The Blue Pig Tavern is exactly in the first America's Hotel Resort (Since 1816).
We set outside the restaurant, and it was lovely with all of the trees and flowers!
Outside the restaurant you can see Victorian era architecture style houses which is presenting first American states and culture of this part! 🇺🇲
Breakfast options are the similar like in another places on East Shore, so you have a lot of options.
Server Ovi did a great job! 👏🏽
He was so attentive with us.
All recommendations for this place, and for sure you need to visit lovely Cape May!

We had a great meal at The Blue Pig Tavern. The lobster roll was excellent, the chopped salad was fresh and flavorful, and the clam chowder was one of the highlights of the meal. Everything we ordered was very well prepared.
I especially enjoyed their Belgian-style beer. It’s not something you come across very often, and it was a pleasant surprise to find it on the menu.
Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re in Cape May.

We stopped here for lunch before we began exploring beautiful Cape May. We sat in the outdoor cafe. We had a salad, burger, and fish sandwich. Everything was really good. The wait staff was delightful. We later explored the hotel. What a gem!
